Akhona Gxuluwe, a 33-year-old with a B.Tech in Agricultural Management, is the farm manager of an innovative rooftop farm on top Kenilworth Centre.

She oversees seedling propagation, planting, hydroponic growing, and harvesting, while primarily focusing on training two interns from Langa each month and four graduate students from the Department of Agriculture for two years.
